Job summary

Nando’s PERi-PERi North America is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations on the floor, coach the team, and maintain the warm, consistent Nando’s experience. You will drive service standards, protect brand integrity, and ensure smooth, safe daily operations across shifts.

You will manage people, forecast needs, and develop future leaders while upholding food safety, inventory, and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading full shifts, including deployment, breaks, and peak-time operations.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs (sales, labor, food quality, audits).
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and training team members.
• Knowledge of inventory, ordering, prep, and food safety routines.
• Ability to resolve guest issues and support team conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and build belonging according to the Nando’s Way.
• Protect brand standards and drive hospitality and recovery.
• Manage people processes, ER basics, and ensure documentation.
