Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, manage staff, and deliver KPIs.
• Certifications in food safety and allergen management are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day restaurant operation—scheduling, ER support, stock and cleaning routines.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; uphold service standards and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and brand standards.
• Analyze performance, drive KPIs, and manage inventory and labor to optimize profit.
