Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager for Hardee’s. You will lead and supervise restaurant operations, hire and train staff, schedule shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

You will work closely with the management team to drive profitability and excellent service. The role emphasizes leadership by example, hands-on involvement with crew, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to hire, train and develop staff to meet company standards.
• Must pass background check and drug screen; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and coach crew under the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain positive relations with management and crew; coach when needed.
• Conduct meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety and procedures.
• Maintain inventory and control costs per Food Cost Variance standards.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and reporting are compliant.
