Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. seeks an exceptional Restaurant Manager for Hardee’s to lead a team, uphold food quality and guest satisfaction, and drive store profitability. You will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, monitor compliance, and maintain safety standards while representing a caring, servant-leader culture.

Formación

• 2 years of management experience required.
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the General Manager.
• Maintain inventory and control costs per policy.
• Ensure cash procedures and safety policies are followed.
