Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant in line with company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain relationships with management and crew and provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and security.
