Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring exceptional Restaurant Managers for Hardee's. You will lead by example, hire, schedule, train and develop crew, and ensure top-quality service, food safety and cleanliness.

You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager, manage labor costs, and drive sales growth while maintaining profitability and company standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and strong guest focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Assist in achieving sales growth while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs to meet standards.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain inventory, cash procedures, and reports per company standards.
