Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for Hardee’s in Maryland. You will lead the restaurant operations, supervise crew, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and drive profitability.

The role requires 2 years of management experience, the ability to work all shifts and weekends, and a focus on teamwork and guest service excellence. Competitive pay with benefits is offered.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lead and train staff effectively.

Responsabilités

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to cover shifts and manage guest flow; control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of upper management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and provide coaching as needed.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Maintain inventory and control costs to meet food cost variance standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
