Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for Hardee’s to operate and lead the team on a daily basis. You will hire, train, and manage staff while ensuring service, quality, cleanliness, and profitability standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.

• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
