As a Restaurant Manager you will lead, hire, train, and coach staff, manage costs, ensure compliance with regulations, and uphold our standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. This role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Consistent and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to cover guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Maintain supply of products and items to operate the restaurant.
• Control inventory to meet food cost variance standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating/cleaning procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and adherence to cash procedures.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and professionalism.
• Follow HR, sanitation, safety and security policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally at all times.
