Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hardee's to operate our restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will lead a team to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff, manage labor costs, and resolve guest concerns. A 2-year management background, 18+ years old, and a valid driver's license are required.

• 2 years of management experience
• Must be 18 years or older

• Available to work all shifts and weekends

Responsibilities
