Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for the Hardee’s brand. Lead with positive, respectful leadership, manage a busy team, uphold food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness, and drive profitability through strong operations.

As a manager you will interview and hire staff, schedule coverage, control labor costs, train crew, and ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, and safety policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to work all shifts and weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet standards.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperation between management and crew.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and records maintained.
