Bonefish Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the daily FOH/BOH operations in our Woodbridge, NJ location. You will supervise staff, ensure top-tier guest service, and uphold Bonefish standards while maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines.

You will participate in staffing, training, and development, actively drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to community engagement and restaurant growth. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations with a focus on appearance, presentation and customer experience.
• Assist with staffing: scheduling, recruiting, interviewing and hiring to meet Bonefish Grill standards.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty by upholding service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and preparation standards; oversee safety and sanitation compliance.
• Engage in community and market opportunities at the restaurant.
