Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.

• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Comply with safety, sanitation standards and company policies; pass health inspections.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty by setting service standards.
• Have a working knowledge of the menu and preparation standards.
