Job summary

Bonefish Grill is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee the daily FOH/BOH operations at our Cincinnati location. You will lead staffing, uphold service standards, and drive guest satisfaction across all shifts.

You should have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience, be flexible with scheduling, and be at least 21 years old. Prior full-service (including bar) management and food safety certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Provide leadership for hourly team members and drive customer experience.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Respond to guest feedback and uphold service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of full menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market opportunities at the restaurant.
