Bonefish Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of FOH/BOH, lead staff, and maintain guest satisfaction. You will schedule, recruit, and hire while upholding safety and sanitation standards. The role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment and staying connected with community opportunities.

Minimum one year of restaurant management is required; full-service experience including bar is a plus. Flexible scheduling and relocation within the region may be needed.

Qualifications

• One year restaurant management experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21.
• Experience in full-service restaurant management (including bar) preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, appearance, and guest experience.
• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Implement security protocols to protect employees and guests.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while upholding service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of full menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant.
