Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered at all times.

If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and working in a kitchen, you will lead a team, manage schedules, drive sales, and coach staff to provide outstanding dining experiences while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Passion for guests and working in a kitchen.
• Ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, conduct performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend candidates.
• Direct weekly schedules and assign tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Oversee production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce security measures to ensure staff and guest safety.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values.
