Qualifications

• Experience managing front of house and back of house operations.
• Experience supervising hourly employees and conducting performance evaluations.
• Strong guest service mindset and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendations to hire hourly employees.
• Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
• Enforce security measures to ensure employee and guest safety.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by weekly inventory.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
