Responsabilidades

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching and discipline for hourly staff.
• Review applications, interview and hire or recommend hires for hourly employees.
• Set weekly schedules and assign tasks across open hours.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise food production and preparation per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce restaurant safety and security measures for staff and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures and a clean work environment.
