Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. The role focuses on managing hourly staff, hiring decisions, scheduling, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales, oversee training, enforce safety standards, and monitor inventory to control costs while maintaining a fun, safe work environment across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Passion for guest service and kitchen operations.
• Ability to hire and train hourly staff and conduct performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service.
• Manage hourly employees, including scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Direct hiring processes and interview candidates for hourly positions.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training and supervision for staff in all restaurant areas.
• Monitor food preparation to ensure recipes and procedures are followed.
• Maintain safety, security, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Control food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
