Responsibilities

• Direct work flow, set hours, schedules and assign tasks.

• Schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food per recipes.
• Enforce safety measures to protect employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs with weekly inventory.
