Jack in the Box is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a single-unit operation. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure food safety and quality, and deliver an outstanding guest experience while aligning with brand standards and SPC goals.

You will utilize management information tools to monitor performance, control costs, and maximize sales. This exempt role requires strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 1+ year internal promotion as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations.
• External Recruit: minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+; ServSafe certification; strong English communication; good math, analytics, and planning skills.
