Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in a service concept with P&L responsibility; internal/external recruitment experience.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: English proficiency, strong interpersonal, math, analytical and organizational abilities; able to use PC and related software; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, and develops restaurant staff; monitors staffing and training; ensures compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Manages daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest service and food quality; ensures cleanliness and safety; resolves guest concerns promptly.
• Analyzes operational and financial performance; drives sales and profitability through Service Profit Chain and budget adherence.
