IHOP in Utah seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations on shifts, supervise staff, and uphold quality and guest satisfaction. The role is full-time with varying schedules across local units. You will hire, train, and provide feedback to employees, ensure cleanliness, and manage daily reports and inventory to support restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire operation during shifts.
Provide staff with consistent feedback for development.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation and product quality.
Perform line checks in the galley for weights, temps and organization.
Staff the unit: interview, hire, and train hourly employees and conduct orientations.
Prepare end-of-shift reports (sales, cash, labor, etc.).
Manage recipe execution and food production checklists.
Order food, small wares, uniforms and other essentials.
Identify opportunities and implement improvement plans.
Approve discounts and prioritize safety for employees and guests.
