Job summary

IHOP is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a full-time role in Utah. The position involves overseeing the entire operation during shifts, making daily decisions, and supporting staff to maintain high-quality guest experiences.

You will lead hiring, training, and orientations, ensure compliance with standards, and manage end-of-shift reporting and inventory orders. Eligible candidates will have open availability and may relocate to cover local units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operation during scheduled shifts and make daily decisions.
• Provide consistent staff support, uphold standards, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Provide employees with consistent and appropriate feedback to facilitate development and enhance operations.
• Perform line checks in the galley to verify weights, temperatures, cleanliness and organization.
• Staff the unit by interviewing, hiring, and training hourly candidates and conducting orientations.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (Daily Sales Reports, Daily Cash Interims, Daily Labor controls) and ensure asset control.
• Order food, small wares, uniforms, and other products to maintain standards.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement improvement plans.
• Have authority to approve and sign all food or beverage discounts and ensure safety of employees and guests.
