Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation during scheduled shifts, make daily decisions, ensure guest interactions.
• Uphold standards, maintain quality, cleanliness, and sanitation; provide feedback to staff.
• Staff interviewing, hiring, and training of hourly candidates; conduct orientations.
• Prepare shift reports (Daily Sales Reports, Daily Cash Interims, Daily Labor controls) and manage ordering of food and supplies to maintain standards.
• Ensure staff and guest safety and enforce uniform policies.
