IHOP 1745 Springville is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, and hands-on involvement in daily decision-making.

You will be responsible for staffing, training, and ensuring consistent quality across shifts, with attention to menu execution and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Awareness of local events to ensure proper staffing
• Willing to work at any local IHOP units or relocate

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during scheduled shifts and provide staff support.
• Uphold standards for service, product quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Provide consistent feedback and training to staff for development.
• Staffing: interview, hire, and orient new hourly teammates.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (sales, cash, labor) and manage reports.
• Order food, small wares, uniforms, and other supplies to meet standards.
• Enforce company uniform standards and safety procedures.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement improvement plans.
• Authorize discounts on food/beverage as needed.
