Job summary

IHOP is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across shifts, making daily decisions, coaching staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will uphold brand standards, guarantee quality and cleanliness, and manage staffing, training, and orientations for new hires.

You’ll prepare end-of-shift reports, control inventories and recipes, place orders for supplies, and drive opportunities for improvement while ensuring safety and security for employees and guests.

Qualifications

• Open availability required.
• Ability to supervise and develop hourly staff.
• Experience coordinating restaurant operations across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during scheduled shifts and make key decisions.
• Provide consistent staff support and ensure guest interactions meet IHOP standards.
• Uphold product quality, cleanliness, and sanitation across the unit.
• Give feedback and training to employees to foster development and consistent performance.
• Conduct interviews, hiring and orientations for new hires and ensure uniform adherence.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (sales, cash, labor) and manage inventory orders to sustain operations.
