IHOP 1738 Ogden is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations on shift. The position is full-time with schedules that vary by restaurant needs. You will oversee the entire operation, support staff, and ensure guest interactions meet standards.

You will uphold quality, cleanliness, and sanitation, coach employees, perform line checks, hire and train hourly staff, and prepare daily reports. Ordering and inventory tasks support consistent operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant operation during scheduled shifts.
• Provide consistent staff support and guest-focused service.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Coach employees with feedback to develop performance.
• Conduct line checks for weights, temps, cleanliness and organization.
• Staff unit: interview, hire and train hourly team members; conduct orientations.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports (sales, cash, labor) and manage asset controls.
• Order food, smallware, uniforms and supplies to meet standards.
• Identify opportunities and implement plans to improve operations.
• Approve discounts and ensure safety of employees and guests.
