Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience and operational excellence.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and menu item education.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Acute financial management with budgets and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Maintain service excellence and an elevated guest experience.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, sanitation and safety.
• Organize and supervise staff shifts for optimal coverage.
• Implement and uphold hospitality standards and policies.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent; train staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Foster morale and a high-energy work environment.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control.
• Develop marketing/promotional strategies to increase guest traffic.
• Create reports on revenues and expenses; manage inventory and purchasing.
