THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and a high-energy dining atmosphere. You will lead a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences and maintain service excellence.

You will drive financial performance, staff development, and brand initiatives while Upholding sanitation standards and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or similar.
• Strong customer service orientation focused on guest experience.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations and menus.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS, etc.).
• Experience handling budgets and P&L reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across front- and back-of-house.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performance team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and inventory; propose optimization strategies.
