Job summary

THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and a high-energy dining experience. You’ll lead a talented team, uphold service standards, manage budgets and P&L, and develop initiatives to grow guest traffic and brand presence through events and partnerships.

You will drive team development, ensure brand integrity, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge for staff education.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Acute financial management with budgets and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, front- and back-of-house.
• Maintain service excellence and seamless dining experiences.
• Monitor vendor relationships, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Organize staff shifts for optimal floor coverage.
• Lead policies and hospitality standards across the team.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor employees for performance.
