The One Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless, high-energy dining experience. You will lead a team to maintain service excellence, develop staff, and drive financial performance within a dynamic restaurant environment.

You will play a crucial role in upholding THE ONE GROUP’s brand image, delivering memorable guest experiences, and promoting growth through exceptional leadership and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management.
• Strong background in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and ability to educate staff on menus.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable, Avero, and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Monitor food quality, vendor relationships, and sanitation/safety compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and adherence to hospitality standards.
