STK Bellevue is seeking a motivated Server to join our upscale dining team in Bellevue, WA. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, recommend menu items, and ensure accurate orders and timely service.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate orders, enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests to encourage return.
