STK Denver leads a dynamic team under THE ONE GROUP, seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

You will drive service excellence, manage staff, monitor quality, and oversee financial performance while upholding THE ONE GROUP’s brand. This is a high-energy, growth-oriented hospitality role in a expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Restaurant/General/Hospitality Manager
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Familiarity with restaurant mgmt software (OpenTable, Avero, POS)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Acute financial management with budgets and P&L experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house management
• Maintain service excellence and elevate guest dining experience
• Monitor product quality, vendor relations, and safety standards
• Organize staff shifts and ensure optimal floor coverage
• Uphold hospitality standards and company policies
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
• Train and mentor staff in service excellence
• Drive guest satisfaction and brand development
• Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
• Manage inventory and purchasing strategies
