THE ONE GROUP seeks a Restaurant Manager to supervise daily operations, unite front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will guide staff, uphold service standards, and drive profitability.

You will lead talent development, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliance with safety and brand guidelines while cultivating a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience and operational excellence.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Acute financial management skills, with experience handling budgets and P&L reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Maintain service excellence and ensure guests receive an elevated dining experience.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, sanitation and safety compliance.
• Organize and supervise staff shifts for optimal floor coverage.
• Implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent; train and mentor staff.
• Deliver superior service, handle guest concerns, and protect brand image.
• Monitor revenue and expenses; develop marketing and promotional strategies; produce financial reports.
