Portillo’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, recruiting, scheduling, food planning and preparation, sanitation, food quality, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations.
• Pass required sanitation and responsible alcohol vending courses.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Model operational standards and execute behaviors to run great shifts and create lifelong memories for guests and team members.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality.
• Lead with coaching and recognition to foster engagement and performance.
• Manage shift planning, scheduling, training, opening/closing, and cash handling.
