Portillo’s Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional hospitality and quality food in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee shifts, coaching, scheduling, and daily operations while ensuring safety and sanitation standards. The role requires 1–3 years of management experience and strong English communication, with a willingness to work 50+ hours and weekends.

Formación

• 1–3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume setting
• Strong reading, speaking, and written English communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass certified sanitation and responsible alcohol vending courses
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations

Responsabilidades

• Model operational standards to run great shifts and create memorable guest experiences
• Motivate and manage team members to provide exceptional hospitality
• Lead with coaching and a focus on excellence across shifts
• Foster engagement through recognition and strong communication
• Ensure sanitation, food safety, and restaurant safety compliance
• Train team members on operations and standards
• Deliver guest experiences and connections across visits
• Plan shift scheduling, training, opening/closing, cash handling
• Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and labor
