Steak ’n Shake Morton is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations with a hands-on approach. You will actively work the line across shifts, ensure hospitality excellence, and drive financial performance.

Reporting to the General Manager/Franchise Partner, you’ll recruit, train, and coach top hourly staff while upholding brand standards, food safety, and service protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization and operational KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership—comfortable working the drive-through or grill when needed.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools.

• Lead by example, working the line across opening, mid-day, and closing shifts.
• Wear a professional uniform and uphold brand standards, safety, and service protocols.
• Own the P&L: manage food costs, control inventory, verify invoices, and cut waste.
• Oversee inventory from back door to front line and manage supply chain processes.
