Qualifications

• 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience required.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and operational KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership—comfortable working either the drive-through or grill when needed.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools.
• Strong stamina to work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional presence on LinkedIn and resume with consistent messaging.
• Track record in hospitality excellence and adapting to team change.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the line, prep food, maintain cleanliness, and serve guests across shifts.
• Uphold brand standards, food safety practices, and service protocols while in uniform.
• Own the P&L: manage food costs, inventory, invoices, and waste reduction; optimize labor.
• Oversee inventory from back door to front line and ensure accurate counts.
• Recruit, train, and retain top hourly talent with clear feedback and coaching.
• Drive hospitality excellence and navigate change within the team.
