The role reports to the General Manager/Franchise Partner and emphasizes hands-on leadership with flexible hours across opening, mid-day, and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Deep understanding of food cost management and labor optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example—work the line, prep food, maintain cleanliness, and serve guests across all shifts.
• Wear a professional uniform daily, upholding brand standards, food safety, and service protocols.
• Own the P&L: manage food costs, control inventory, verify invoices, and drive labor efficiency.
• Oversee inventory from back door to front line.
• Recruit, train, and retain top hourly talent through clear feedback and coaching.
