Responsibilities

• Lead by example—work the line, prep food, maintain cleanliness, and serve guests across shifts.
• Wear a professional uniform and uphold brand standards, food safety, and service protocols.
• Own the P&L: manage food costs, inventory, invoices and waste reduction; optimize labor.
• Oversee inventory from back door to front line; recruit, train and retain hourly staff.
