Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Brookfield, Wisconsin to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our One Love culture and high standards.

You’ll supervise shifts, ensure cash handling accuracy, train crewmembers, and deliver outstanding customer service while managing costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Manage shift operations and opening/closing.
• Handle cash and ensure accountability.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
