Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the United States. You will support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold Cane’s standards and culture, and manage shift responsibilities in a fast-paced kitchen and service area.

The role requires leading crewmembers, ensuring accuracy in cash handling, training staff, and maintaining cleanliness. Competitive weekly pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities and a casual work environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Minimum 1+ year restaurant or retail management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Authorize manager approvals (discounts, promotions, etc.).
• Ensure cleanliness and proper facility condition.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
