Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and to uphold our One Love culture in shift management. The role requires leading a fast-paced team, ensuring brand standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The manager will supervise crewmembers, manage cash handling, and coordinate with teams to optimize service and efficiency while maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Manages shift responsibilities, opens and closes the restaurant and handles cash with accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during shifts and ensures exemplary customer service.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the facility and adheres to company policies.
