Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support operations, uphold our One Love culture, and manage shift activities. This role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and daily problem solving in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Leader, supervise crewmembers, and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while meeting brand standards. We offer comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and ensure exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, monitor logs and reports, and complete other duties as assigned.
