Job summary

Raising Cane's in Wisconsin is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture on shift. The role emphasizes strong guest service, team leadership, and adherence to safety and operational policies.

You will drive staffing and scheduling, manage cash and inventory, and mentor crewmembers while delivering the brand experience that customers expect from Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to lead a team and manage shift operations
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and cost management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
• Able to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day restaurant operations
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty
• Manage cash handling and accountability
• Enforce company policies and standards
• Lead shift meetings and ensure safety compliance
• Direct crewmembers and supervise guest service
• Utilize rewards and recognition programs for staff
• Authorize functions requiring manager approval
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the facility
• Complete other duties as assigned
