Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and uphold Our One Love culture. You will manage shifts, supervise crewmembers, handle cash, and ensure customer service excellence while maintaining food safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The role requires 1+ year of restaurant or retail management, ability to work varied shifts including weekends, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or with a team.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane’s standards during shifts.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens and closes the restaurant; handles cash and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers, delivers exemplary customer service, and ensures cleanliness and safe operations.
