Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our standards and culture during shifts.

The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen environment, supervising crewmembers, controlling costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 1+ year of restaurant/retail management, be 18+, and able to work days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; self-driven and energetic.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
