Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends; willing to travel.
• Restaurant or retail management experience (1+ year).
• Must be 18 years or older; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Holding Raising Cane's standards and culture during shifts.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and provide customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper operating condition of the restaurant.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
