Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Illinois. You will support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, open/close the restaurant as manager on duty, and ensure cash handling accuracy and exceptional customer service.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management, 18+ years old, and willingness to travel for work-related functions. Full-time position with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and ensure customer service.
